Our Director, Rachel (BSc Estate Management), has 20 years of proven experience securing and delivering talent locally and on an international platform, having received many high achiever awards for her efforts.
Two of our Directors have been resolving Construction and Engineering disputes on complex infrastructure for over 60 + years, emanating from the UK with traditional Quantity Surveying background.
Our other director brings hands on delivery experience of construction projects and business advisory with connections in the Indian Subcontinent and the local Indian and Pakistani communities, providing access to highly educated and experienced skilled resources..

Meet the CCR Team
DirectorRachel is a seasoned recruitment professional with 20+ years, recruiting, securing and delivering talent locally and on an international platform. She has been embedded within the Construction, Engineering, Rail and Resources sectors. She has helped build winning teams and is an advocate for employee value proposition advising on how best to secure and retain individuals. Rachel makes the candidate and client recruitment experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.
DirectorAnthony is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a Master degree in I.T. He has over 25 years of experience and involvement in building and civil engineering and associated construction disputes, in particular, the contentious aspects of adjudication and arbitration. He regularly prepares contractual claims and has extensive experience in assisting lawyers in the preparation of documents for court actions, arbitrations and mediation.
DirectorChris started his career some 30 years ago when he served an electrical trade apprenticeship, subsequently he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and is a Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA), who works extensively on building engineering and infrastructure projects.
DirectorA seasoned Commercial Manager with considerable experience in the development and delivery of construction projects for large infrastructure, residential and industrial developments as well as roads and bridges, Kailash has a proven track record in business management, contract management, program management, procurement, cost schedule management, and commercial management.
